Our big girls
From our family blog. To comment, visit the original post.
Here was quite a big transition to make for the girls’ room. A couple of months ago, NatureForce started climbing out of her crib. So Paul decided we might as well put the bunkbeds up. NatureForce began climbing up to LittleMum’s bunk a couple of days later, so we’re constantly going in to put her into her own bed after bedtime, until they fall asleep. Because we were doing that before when she was climbing out of her crib, not much has changed.
The quilts belonged to me when I was a teenager and young adult. The bottom quilt was made for me by some good friends, and the top quilt was made by my sister. Humorously, they fit the girls’ personalities.
