About Sara

Sara Hurd  is a Certified Franklin Covey Coach (CFCC), Certified Self-Management Coach (CSMC) and graduate of Legacy Learning Coach Training, and has been a coach and coach trainer for Franklin Covey Coaching and Professional Education Institute since 1998. She was the founding editor of Worldwide Association of Business Coaches’ (WABC) Business Coaching Worldwide, and has been a full member of WABC, International Coach Federation (ICF) and International Association of Coaches (IAC).

In 2003, Sara founded Keyway Strategies LLC, a coaching company specializing in helping small business owners grow their businesses, navigate a sea of technological tools, and create healthy relationships with themselves, others and their businesses.

She cherishes her time with her husband Paul and their six young children, and works from her home office in rural Plain City, Utah. Her dream is to front a ’40s big band in period clothing, singing the jazz classics.
