Big apologies to those who are receiving spam emails that appear they come from sarahurd.com. They’re not coming from sarahurd.com nor through my hosting server. This is a common technique used by spammers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-mail_spoofing. Normally spammers spoof a domain for a day or two and then move on. Hopefully this storm will pass quickly.

I knew about this, but hated seeing it on the site…

I have been a fan of WAMU, ever since I opened up a free small business checking account four or five years ago. I was shocked and horrified to hear about their troubles, that account holders ran for their money when they heard about it, and caused a failure overnight. I am really sad to see this on the website:

In my mind, the culture of WAMU and the culture of JPMorgan Chase are completely different! I don’t really want to be a JPMorgan Chase customer. However, I suppose I’ll reserve judgment and see how I feel after I bank with them for a bit.

Anyone else in the same boat, here?
